Materials needed:
½ yd of main fabric (allowance for the shoulder strap included)
1 Fat Quarter of contrast fabric for the front slip pocket
½ yd of lining fabric
1yd of fusible woven interfacing (FS101) or ½yd UK equivalent Vilene G700 (36” wide)-
½ yd of interlining (I use duck canvas, calico, or muslin, which is firm and gives body without adding weight to the purse). You can also use foam for a thicker effect.
2 x 7” zips – coordinating or contrasting color
1 piece of leather strap ¾” wide x 25”
1 piece of sued or leather lace 6” long

Hardware:
• 1 x 16 or 18mm (¾ inch) magnetic snap closure
• 2 x ¾” metal D rings
• 2 x ¾” metal swivel clasps
• For leather shoulder strap (short) – 2 x 6-8mm rivets
• For adjustable long strap – 1¾” metal strap slider and 2 x 6-8mm (¼ inch) rivets (if you don’t want to use rivets the strap ends can be stitched instead)

Can't wait to make it

I had to wait until I could get the pattern pieces printed. I've read the instructions several times, I always do. I can tell this will come together well. LOVE the fact that there is a video included!!!! TY

Kaitlin Crossbody Purse

Love the bag but some instructions were a bit vague, had to google to find out what they were saying in the pattern. I recommend watching the Video first before attempting to make the purse.
